You may have heard about this: calls to your business through Google Assistant. The idea is that Google Assistant is on your mobile phone to help you get things done. It has many other detailed items available, like to keep track of a users calendar, orders, etc. More excitingly, Google has linked Assistant with Google My Business. With this update, Google launched calls to businesses to set up a meeting/visit or check your business hours.
This is currently available for any Android devices running version 5.0 or newer and iPhones with the Google Assistant installed.

From the video, this could help clients reduce their time and get things done. Now, how can you help from your end? As a potential way to help guests, you must double check your business listing on Google to make sure the questions will be answered properly, and, of course, if you are set up to be a part of this program. This is currently free of charge from Google, along with Google My Business.
